Return & Exchange
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. IMPORTANT: If the item is damaged, you can sign for it as Damaged and we can then file a claim with Fedex/UPS right away and have the item replaced. However, if there is damage and you sign for it as Not Damaged, then we will need for you to send information and photos on the damage so that we can work to file a claim with Fedex/UPS. You can send photos to
email@example.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please call our customer service department at . We can arrange a return authorization within 30 days of the receipt of your product. The product must be returned in new, resale-able condition in the original boxes for a refund or exchange. Merchandise is not eligible for refund if it has been ridden, worn, used, abused or damaged in any way. Merchandise must arrive complete (including warranty cards, manuals, accessories, promotional items, etc.) and in the original packaging.
Tracking number must be provided when returning a product. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. There is a 35% restocking fee for all returned items and customers have to pay for the return shipping cost.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Order Has Not Been Shipped: There will be 15%(Out of product cost) administration fee when canceled. This is to account for the manpower hours used to ready and prepare your personal transportation product, which are not small items.
Order Has Been Shipped: Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and a 35% restocking fee unless otherwise stated.
Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card or Paypal account that you used when placing your order.
