FAQs

After Placing An Order, What's Next?

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

How Long Will It Take To Ship Out My Order?

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@speednscooter.com

What If My Product is damaged when I receive it?

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. IMPORTANT: If the item is damaged, you can sign for it as Damaged and we can then file a claim with Fedex/UPS right away and have the item replaced. However, if there is damage and you sign for it as Not Damaged, then we will need for you to send information and photos on the damage so that we can work to file a claim with Fedex/UPS. You can send photos to

support@speednscooter.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.



If I would like return the product, what should I do?



If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please call our customer service department at . We can arrange a return authorization within 30 days of the receipt of your product. The product must be returned in new, resale-able condition in the original boxes for a refund or exchange. Tracking number must be provided when returning a product. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. There is a 35% restocking fee for all returned items.



What is your company's return and cancelation policy?



Order Has Not Been Shipped:

 There will be 15%(Out of product cost) administration fee when canceled. This is to account for the manpower hours used to ready and prepare your personal transportation product, which are not small items.

Order Has Been Shipped: Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and a 35% restocking fee unless otherwise stated.

Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card or Paypal account that you used when placing your order.
